The stats about drug use on this site are pretty interesting if true:
According to information from the Netherlands’ Trimbos Institute, which monitors drug use, the Dutch are in the middle of international norms for drug use. The institute says 6 percent of Dutch have used marijuana recently, compared with 8 percent in the United States, 9 percent in Britain and 9 percent in France. For cocaine, it was 1.1 percent in Holland _ and rising quickly _ compared to 1.3 percent in the U.S., 1.5. percent in Britain and 0.3 percent in France. Comparable data for heroin use were not available.

Its pretty incredible that these attorneys were able to muster up such a large multi-national base of plantiffs for this case. Its an interesting shift in Labor law. I’ll be interested in seeing how this case pans out.
