I was going to misbehave and suggest that Bush get treated like a 19-year-old Saudi girl, but I decided that would be inappropriate given how tragic. So even though Cheney is in fact satan were not going to wish that upon him either.

I think that despite the Saudi ass-backwards treatment of women and people in general we’re ok with it because they are our allies in the war we’re waging on drugs terror (and they produce a hell of a lot of oil). Plus they aren’t part of the axis of evil, and if we clamp down on them it would be a poor display of Christian tolerance.

Youth could sway tight midterm races | Politics News | Reuters.com

The youth could be influential.

So could minorities, cripples, and women.

I guess they’re all too busy on MySpace to give a shit.

Boy Scouts in the Los Angeles area will now be able to earn a merit patch for learning about the evils of downloading pirated movies and music.

Be loyal, kind and don’t steal movies

The brainwashing continues.

Lot of wasted MySpace hate misdirected at its users rather than the more disturbing aspect of MySpace and social networking sites.  Still.  Some of the threads are pretty amusing.

So it looks like Screech is in dire financial straits. . .

After years of ’staring’ on the critically acclaimed situational comedy “Saved by the Bell” the ‘celebrity’ known as Screech is broke. The bank is going to foreclose on his washington home (owe’s $250,000). So now he is trying to sell t-shirts instead of just begging like other wash-ups. Here’s all Im saying, because I dont want this to come across as some right-winged-neo-WASP-conservative speech about capitalisms splendor, and everyone being able to carve their own.

It’s just if this guy would have Saved like what 4% of the obscene amounts of money he was making during Saved years (leave the pun alone) he wouldn’t need to be begging now. WTF? This washed up 80’s-icon-of-a-moron shouldn’t NEED charity he should have been thinking about that while living it up 80’s style. To make matters worse he doesnt even have a real job, he’s trying to be a comedian. (Not that ‘entertaining’ people isn’t a real job (although it isn’t) but come on, at what point do these wash-up’s throw in the towel and join the nine to fiver’s?)
This guy had to have made some money during his career why should anyone care about his lack of financial management when there are REAL poor people that are struggling to pay rent or living in the streets?

Elitist prick, someone ought smack his t-shirt owners & tell them to Paypal me some money so that someone who actually works hard can afford a home, while they are ignoring the truly impoverished of the world.

A Roxboro woman has filed a formal complaint with a local school board after her son was disciplined by a lunch program monitor at Ecole Lalande for eating in what she says is a customary Filipino manner.

Luc Cagadoc’s table behaviour is traditionally Filipino; he fills his spoon by pushing the food on his plate with a fork, his mother, Maria Theresa Gallardo, says.

But after being punished by his school’s lunch program monitor more than 10 times this year for his mealtime conduct including his technique the seven-year-old told Gallardo said last week that he was too embarrassed to eat his dinner.

When he eats with both a spoon and fork, instead of only one utensil, the Grade 2 student said the lunch monitor moves him to a table to sit by himself.

Filipino table etiquette punished at local school

Lunch Monitor needs to get a life.

I guess it’s like a criminal skipping town and taking on an alias. This company has gone through what five name changes in four to six years, way to stay ahead of the law.

Aliases aside, these folks are shady. Especially in the DSL department.

These corporate greedy swine’s raised the price of my DSL from $24.99 (which was already too much) to $49.99 in the span of a single month because my contract had ended. If that was crooked enough imagine that the same tier of bandwidth was $19.99 on a month to month basis at the exact same time. Why was I charged $49.99 for the exact same service that would have cost someone else $19.99? and where is the department of consumer affairs when it comes to weights and measure audits for these companies shifty pricing antics?

To make matters worse, after calling I discover that new customers can sign up for a $12.99 a month plan for one year and that existing customers who have full-filled their contract requirements are ineligible for this promotion. “So let me get this straight. . .I have to disconnect my service, so that I can get my service re-connected so that I can pay $37 less per month?” Talk about genius. I guess they’re really banking on the lazy consumer. “Well disconnect it then, and quit wasting my time, I’m not paying more for a service that someone else is getting for less.”

SBC-yahoo-whatever version and logo is in fashion this season sucks. “Yes they deserved to die, and I hope they burn in hell!”

Well it wasn’t that bad, but no DSL for almost two weeks was a set back.

Greedy lackeys raise up off my port 25!

InformationWeek | Windows Security | Gates Says Security Is Job One For Vista | February 14, 2006

If there is one thing the ‘war on terror’ has taught me it is that security is a big waste of time and resources, that errodes personal autonomy and freedom. This windows Vista is going to be BAD news especially if they do away with bios.

The move to linux keeps getting more attractive.

Some Democrats Are Sensing Missed Opportunities - New York Times

“We’re selling our party short; you’ve got to stand for a lot more than just blasting the other side,” said Gov. Phil Bredesen of Tennessee. “The country is wide open to hear some alternatives, but I don’t think it’s wide open to all these criticisms. I am sitting here and getting all my e-mail about the things we are supposed to say about the president’s speech, but it’s extremely light on ideas. It’s like, ‘We’re for jobs and we’re for America.’ “

This doesn’t mention anything about the appointment of Alito, and the Democrapic party’s lack of effort it stopping the appointment.

Amen.

Not sure if I ever got around to pointing out this bit of sheer insanity. Seems like some bush folk.
