Cleverly disguised as a bill that would allow other companies to create software to protect our children from pr0n and violence in movies was ACTUALLY a bill designed to further persecute those who distribute Britney’s album before it hits stores. This was discussed earlier. Kinda knew it would go through.

it would seem that a nefarious suspect could claim that he/she is re-encoding content because he/she is attempting to develop a system to guard against adult content., hence falling under this legislative shield.
Not if its 0-day content. Especially if they get caught with the camcorder in their hands at the local theater.
