MPAA and RIAA Use Taxpayer Dollars to Protect their Dollars

Another dumb bill about to be signed into law makes penalties for filesharing (even for the “casual” leecher) much harsher:

3 years in prison for stealing from the *AA? How is it even stealing when there is nothing stolen. *AA are losing money based on the idea that every person that downloads their movie or CD, would’ve purchased it. BULLSHIT.

    Congress ain’t right;

    It would seem that this would open the door for nefarious users to leave files on their supervisors computers to send them to jail for three years.

    and that just wouldn’t be right.

    No, * is used in database programs like Access as a wildcard similar to the ? in DOS. But I probably should’ve only used 1 asterisk. Its been corrected though. Anal n00b.
