That Ain't Right

Today i called my cant wait to no longer have as cell service provider (Nextel – which should be Notel cause there’s no telling whether my call will drop or not, but since they’ve merged with sprint i should change that, not that the service has improved. its like two smaller crappy corporations got together to form one bigger stack of crap) i needed to do something about my 3 cell phones and a pager situation, & decided that getting rid of the notel.

to expedite this narrative. . .the person that was supposed to be helping me was an idiot. the typical ‘i dont know about that service so the company doesnt have it’ crap. so i say ‘thanks for your opinion is there someone else i can talk to.’ then the idiot says ‘no’ so i ask if they are the only person that works there, they say ‘no’ so i say good can i speak to your supervisor. they say ‘ok but they’re going to say the same thing’ i say good let me hear it from them. After a hold they come back on the phone and say, i spoke to a manager named julie and you can’t do that. now this i knew had to be a lie, regardless i didnt ask that idiot to ask her manager i told her to give the phone to her boss, so i said let me talk to this person. some man got on the phone said his name was John and he was able to do what i asked for. what a waste of time. notel used to suck. Now Notel & Sprint suck.
